Call for Podcasters

Want to help Minneapoliscast? We’re looking for podcasters who can contribute by interviewing people in the Minnesota music scene. Quality content and audio are key. The goal of Minneapoliscast is to strive for a high degree of quality and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Digital recording gear. Whatever DAW you have that can produce high quality (44.1 khz; 16 bit) AIF or WAV files is acceptable.
• Microphones of Shure SM57 or SM58 caliber or better. Preferably some kind of condenser microphone set up.
• Knowledge of sound, engineering, editing and recording a plus.
• Willing to submit at least one raw, unedited podcast per month.
• Exhibit good interviewing skills

Music performances are preferred but not required in the podcast.
